  Yes, I think so. Swimming is quite popular, especially in summer. You can see the swimming pool is crowded with children, adults, and senior citizens. Some of them are still beginners, while others are quite proficient at this sport. However, besides swimming, I rarely see other water sports in China, at least in my hometown.
