Do you prefer a long break or several short breaks?
I like short breaks more. I think the most important reason why I prefer short ones is that they are flexible and can easily fit with my tight schedule. You know, I normally have around 5 to 30 minutes of free time between different tasks. All I need to do is to take advantage of these small slots to have a nap. I always got invigorated from every short break.
What do you usually do during a break?
Normally, I would just play with my phone at this period of time. I like brushing up my Wechat moments and articles to keep myself updated with the current affairs. But, this article is from Laokaoya website, if I am too tired to do anything after working so long, I would take a nap on a couch or a chair to restore my energy.
Why do you need to take a break?
Well, I think I need a break to help me regain my energy so that I can continue doing my work or studies. You know, I just can't resume my work without taking a nap or a long break. My body just needs some buffering time before getting the next thing done.
How often do you take a break?
I take a break quite a lot. You know, when I'm at school, I often take chances to have a nap between classes. I think it's a good way to help me get back some energy so that I can concentrate on my next lesson.
