2016.1.23口語(yǔ)part1話題-Reading books
1. Do you like reading books? Why or why not?
2. What (kinds of) books do you like to read?
3. Did you read much when you were a child?
4. Do (young) children like reading books?
5. What do you think are the benefits of reading to children?
再看看示范答案:
1.Yes, I’m really into reading because I believe that reading can be both entertaining and educational. Reading broadens my knowledge by opening up the whole world to me. While I’m reading, I can be visiting another country or a different time period, or traveling through space. I can find out how people solve problems or think up new ideas.
2.Oh, it’s a tough question, or it should be more of what books I don’t read. I have a really open mind to books and what genre they are. Classic literature, novel, autobiography, historical story…whatever.
3.Yes, I remember when I was a kid, I’d like to take some historical books from my father’s bookshelf, and read the historical stories, which were really entertaining and educational to me. As a result, I’m very familiar with our Chinese ancient history.
4.It’s kind of hard to say but young children that I know around me tend to read fairy tales to cultivate their mental development, but maybe for others, they just want to watch TV and play toys.
5.I believe if you want your children to be smart, they have to acquire a love for reading, which has numerous benefits. Reading opens the door to child’s early academic success, imparts a love of learning and leads to higher grades in every subject. Besides, reading can help children Improve linguistic skills in the form of a richer vocabulary, correct grammar, and more articulate oral communication. On top of that, books teach child about relationships, situations, personalities, and what is good and what is bad in the world he lives in.
最后看看關(guān)于閱讀/讀書的語(yǔ)料。
A book is an adventure..to me. I read what I need to improvise, relief and know. All authors are sharing, whether it is their views, experiences or knowledge. Where ever I am at one moment in time, a certain book may be a companion, light, healer and inspiration. I am a book lover who respects generations of writers and I cherish each book according to it's blessings.
談書對(duì)我的感受:一本書就是一場(chǎng)探險(xiǎn)(adventure),是一個(gè)伴侶(companion),是光,是治愈(healer),是啟迪。
When I was a young teenager, my favorite books were of the horror genre. I read just about every "Goosebumps" book, and then graduated to R.L. Stine's series that was aimed at a slightly older audience - "Fear Street." As an older teenager, I read Stephen King. Oddly, as an adult I read almost no books of the horror genre, although I still like a scary movie every once in a while!
談我最喜歡的書的類型:我喜歡的是恐怖題材的(of the horror genre),讀了幾乎所有讓人起“雞皮疙瘩”(goosebumps)的書。我是以讀完R.L. Stine系列作為我青少年的早期的畢業(yè)之作(graduate to)。
