托福口語參考：

There are some occasions when it is acceptable to interrupt others while they are talking.

First,if there are technical difficulties hindering communication, it is better to say something right away.The speaker should be stopped until the problem is solved,such as readjusting a microphone to allow the listeners to hear.

Second,it is reasonable to interrupt a conversation for clarification.If the listener doesn't understand a foundational point,he or she may not understand the entire argument.It is better to find out the meaning quickly.That way,the rest of the discussion makes sense and the confusion doesn't get worse.

Therefore,there are certain situations in which it is acceptable to interrupt a speaker.
